"Kennedy Falls" The existed waterfall that haven't seen by many people.

The Municipality of Bataraza is well known for having various kind of natural resources. One of those resources are the waterfalls located at different barangays of Bataraza, best example is the Kapangyan and Lalatuan falls at barangay Malihud, where many tourist and travelers had visited there. However many of waterfalls in Bataraza Palawan is existed but haven't seen by others. One of this waterfall is the Kennedy falls that can be found at barangay Taratak, town of Bataraza, in sur of Palawan.The said falls was named by the vice-mayor of Bataraza Palawan Kennedy Jaafar.

Kennedy falls is a cascade that is usually a smaller kind of waterfall. Kennedy falls had produced irrigation from barangay Taratak to Buliluyan, for having an abundant water it helped most of the farmers to sustain their farms. Barangay Taratak can be arrive within 30 to 50 minutes from Poblacion Bataraza to the barangay, the time depends on what vehicle you will use, and from barangay Taratak to the forests you will arrive within 6 to 7 minutes by using your vehicle ( motorcycle, or bicycle), and to reach the said falls you need to spend half hour of walking, but when you walk in the "shortcut" you will reach the falls within 10 to 15 minutes. If you want to feel refresh and if you are work-worn just go in Kennedy falls and experience the refreshing water.
